About me
I teach undergraduate and graduate courses on writing and literacies research and pedagogy as well as courses on teacher research. I take graduate students to Thailand on a summer teaching practicum every other year.
I'm co-editor of the Journal of Response to Writing and have just published the co-authored book (with Kenny Harsch) titled Beyond Plagiarism: Transforming Pedagogy to Help Students Write with Sources (University of Michigan Press). I also co-edited the books, Empowering the Community College First-Year Writing Teacher (University of Michigan Press) and EFL Writing Teacher Education and Professional Development: Voices from Under-Represented Contexts (Multilingual Matters) as well as the forthcoming volume Responding to Writing: A Practical Sourcebook for Instructors (University of Michigan Press).
